THE Durban North SAPS Crime Prevention Unit arrested three suspects in KwaMashu on Tuesday evening. The suspects are believed to be linked to an armed robbery that took place in Sunningdale last week. The suspects had robbed a home on Sugarfarm Trail last Friday making off with a number of items.

However on Tuesday night, three suspects were arrested and could be linked to several others in the area said Capt Raymond Deokaran, spokesman for the Durban North SAPS.

“Acting on information we arrested two men in a home in KwaMashu and found some of the items taken from the home. While questioning the suspects they revealed the location of their accomplice who was arrested nearby. At this stage we are trying to link them to various house robberies in the area and will be opposing bail for the suspects,” he said.
